Returns / Exchanges
We offer exchanges or refunds to customers within 1 week of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping their item(s) back to VAGUE for a return/exchange and VAGUE will ship the exchanged item(s) back free of charge or refund the customer their money back. Please read our full policy below.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, customers must contact us no longer than 1 week after the order(s) has been delivered. Please include the order number and reason for the request. If a request is made after this time period, the order in question is no longer eligible for either service. Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached in the original packaging. Once the initial request is sent, we will review and determine if the order is eligible for an exchange.
Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item(s) to VAGUE.  We are not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing.
Once an item that has been sent back is received by our facility, please allow 1-3 business days to process packages. After processing and determining the condition of the returned item, the new item will be mailed back to you free of charge or the money spent on the item will be refunded.
